I have been with sprint for 2 years now and it maybe coming to an end due to the customer service at this location. The store manager gave me a card to call or text and don't get an answer called the store someone answers then hangs up the line. The car center has been more helpful then anything. THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH SPRINT I EVER HAD I USUALLY DO EVERYTHING ONLINE LOOKS LIKE I GOT TO GO BACK TO THAT!

Always had great service here, called the store 8 times in one day to check if they had a phone in stock and didn't get an answer once.
Friday night I plug my phone in (like normal, phone is fine) and go to bed. I wake up Saturday and my iPhone is stuck on the initial white screen with just the Apple logo. I try to reboot with no success. I call Sprint 4 times from a landline. The first 2 times I am hung up on, the next time I am transferred to bill pay, and the last person I talked to was polite, but gave me misinformation and also disconnected the call “by accident”
Today I took the phone to Smartphone Repair and they could not have been any nicer or more helpful! They couldn’t make any promises, but said they would try! One hour later they called me and my phone was fixed, for $10!!! All it needed was a hard reboot. Needless to say, Sprint got an earful and I’m nowhere near done with Preston who blew me off when I didn’t want to give him a sale! As soon as my contract is up, I’m gone.... all because of Preston and his lack of customer service, sensitivity, knowledge, and ability to do the right thing!! I have never been so angry and frustrated with anyone like I am this punk kid who doesn’t need to be representing Sprint, much less working with the public! Once my contract is over, I’m gone! Unbelievable!
I definitely recommend Smartphone Repair if you have cell issues! I definitely do not, nor will I ever recommend Sprint! Thanks to Preston, they just lost a 2 year customer!
I go to the Sprint store on Green River Rd. when they open at 10am and had the unfortunate experience of speaking to PRESTON who is the assistant store manager. I’m assuming he has been given this title as a result of a raffle or that the employees drew straws for the spot! Preston has no interest in helping me and looks at the phone for 10 seconds and tells me there is water damage and my insurance will not cover it. I explain that my phone hasn’t been in water. Preston says “obviously it has because the indicator is on and, although sometimes it can happen if you have your phone in the bathroom during a shower, it can trigger the indicator and we can’t help you. He then proceeds to get an iPhone 8 because he “just wants to scan to see how much it would be”. I don’t want an iPhone 8, I want a solution and my phone fixed. His solution?? Pay $400 for a new phone. He didn’t even try to fix it because he was also too busy discussing his Friday night with a co-worker. He suggested I put it in rice. Those were my options..... $400 or a invest in a box of minute rice for a phone that hadn’t been in water and hope for the best. I entertained him for a day and kept my phone in rice. Shockingly, it didn’t work.
I've been a customer for over 18 years they are very courteous and highly professional if they can't get it fixed immediately they will find a way to do it quickly. I always leave highly satisfied. :-)
