My car needed some sound enhancement, and I am so glad I drove in to Dr. Dashboard! CRAIG CLARK took time with me making sure I got what I wanted and needed and NOT what HE wanted to sell! He was very knowledgeable, thorough, patient, and professional! The work was done about a month ago, and I'm still on Cloud Nine listening to my new sound system! =) I also want to highly compliment ROBERT, the installation expert who treated my car as if it were his! The work was done when promised, and his attention to detail was beyond meticulous! ROBERT showed me pics he'd taken of the work as it was being done which I appreciated. Had a car deck and speakers installed. Service was great and they kept me updated on the progress throughout the day. They forgot to re-install a defrost switch the first time and I didn't notice it because it's not something i use often. I took it back 3 months later and they fixed it within 15 minutes at no charge. I repair computers so I know how easy it is to miss little details like that, and it's how you handle it after the fact that keeps customers coming back. I'm looking to get a car alarm installed and I'll be coming back soon.
