Probably the best music store in Evansville though it's a national chain. Helpful staff though just a bit limited on certain equipment like rack audio components. Other than that I would give them a five when it comes to knowledge and help.

Got an ad for a wireless headset mic. Go to Guitar Center. 1st person tapping on cell phone. I showed him the ad. He looks around behind him for a minute then says " oh, that's pro audio". Goes back to tapping his phone. 2nd guy. Tapping on cell phone. Asks if I need help. Show him the ad. Oh, I don't know. Haven't seen one. Maybe we can order it. HEY...I CAN FREAKING ORDER IT.. Let me tell you something. You have to be totally clueless to go here because you will be helped by the clueless. I understand new musicians not knowing this, but RUN! Do your research and order it on-line. If it isn't what you want, send it back in
Nice, laid back guitar center. The Acoustic Room is gorgeous, staff has been VERY good to me in my guitar project.
Steven helped me with all of my questions and subsequent purchases in the keyboard/sound section of the store. He is very knowledgeable and not "pushy" at all. He knew all of the products in his section and he was also able to help my husband with questions regarding a guitar in another section. Thankyou Guitar Center and Steven for an excellent experience!
