A complete waste of my time. Junk everywhere and no service. He was too busy on the computer to work.
If you are looking for great service and fellow hams that would take the time with you than look no where else this is the place. I've given them an 10++++

I was on a cross country road trip when my FT857 finally kicked the bucket. I stopped in here after hearing about it on a repeater in Louisville. The shop, while yes, a bit disorganized to the outsider, had everything a typical ham operator could want.
I order a product from their website and I received an email saying the product was not in stock and no longer available. Their website did not indicate no stock. One comment, the person corresponding from their organization appears to be one for whom English is a second language or who never made it through grade school.
Overall, I couldn't ask for a better place to stumble upon. I picked up an 817 and was back on the road.
