They have awesome customer service! The employees are super friendly and really try to find exactly what you want! They make it more about you and your needs than just hitting a sales quota! I will definitely be going back to check out more of their sales!
I bought my now wife's engagement ring and our bands here. The people here are so nice! Shirley is a rock star! We stopped in this weekend to get my band downsized a bit. The jeweler was amazing. He explained everything he was going to do and was meticulous. My ring has an etched band running around it so it was not a simple resizing. I was thoroughly impressed and appreciated the attention and kindness they showed me. I live in Indy but will come down to by future jewelry here!
I purchased a ring with all cash. Decided not right for me and took back next day. Was told had to wait 7 to 10 days. It has been 11. I called to see what is going on and was now told they don't count weekends. I asked if they could credit my debit card since I paid cash and they said they couldn't. This is certainly not good customer service. I will never ever shop there again. It is just ridiculous....
