Mixed review.. lady that pierced my daughter's ears was great & did well with my daughter. Lady that checked us out, horrible customer service skills. Piercing is a tad pricey, but the other items in store are reasonably priced. I will update my review if we go back. Guess all places have employees from time to time that aren't great with c/s skills. Undecided...
This is the perfect little "girlie" store. Lots of cool 'bling' and fun hats, rings, earrings, sunglasses, etc. Lots of fun to shop in.
also, just got my ears pierced there today. It was really easy and quick.I suggest getting your ears pierced there rather than at Walmart.
I went in there with my son to get his left ear pierced on Saturday. The assistant manager (I didn't catch her name, nor is it on the receipt) pretty much forced him to get a sparkly earring although he pointed at the 4mm stainless steel ball, and I told her three freaking times that we wanted the cheapest set just in case he lost it. I didn't realize she'd put the sparkly thing in the gun until she'd already stuck it in his ear!! So the piercing ended up costing $31 after taxes, when we were looking to spend about $20, and we didn't even get the one we wanted!! DON'T GO HERE if you have a choice. The 'free cleaning kit' is NOT worth it, they have this crap in a bottle that's supposed to be $8 that they throw in when you get a piercing, the main ingredient is water, and the only other ingredient is comparable to rubbing alcohol.
Definitely the WORST service I ever dealt with in a store like this! They were *friendly* enough, but intentionally misconstrued what we wanted just to make a more expensive sale. Guessing it 'looks good' on their employee record or something.
