Dr Schultz is a very good doctor but what i don't like is when i go in for a follow up or get my test results i don't want to see the nurse who doesn't know answers to my questions, and why when i call to have meds refilled it takes them 1-3 weeks to fill
Dr. Schultz is an amazing, caring physician. He is extremely intelligent and I highly recommend him. He truly cares about his patients and deserves more than 5 stars!
Dr Schultz is a great Dr. Unfortunately his office staff is not that great. There is no call backs, you will not get lab order first, second, or third time you request them. You cannot leave messages for the Dr, only the nurse (who may or may not call back) long waits in office too
You always have to wait hours and I do truly mean hours to see your doctor. The office staff is extremely rude and ignorant. They have messed up my chart info multiple times and sent bills God knows where. Dr Schultz is a great doctor stuck with the slum lord Palmenter who couldn't run a successful practice if his life depended on it
Has too many patients. You will be waiting in the waiting room for a hour. They always are over booked and I haven't seen the actual doctor in a year. I always see the nurse practitioner who will answer her cell phone during my visit after I and my baby waited a hour in the waiting room. They don't answer the phone you have to leave a message and play phone tag with them. The secretaries are rude and you have to fill out a new patient paper work every time you come in. Not a welcoming place at all.
