Im a patient for 2 1/2 yrs now he is the best doctor by far i have ever been too. He is in tune with his patients i feel like im going to see a friend that happens to be a doctor. I would recommend him to anyone who would ask. He has helped me tremendously i am very fortunate to have found him through a friend.
He will let you email him direct and will respond to your questions. I have had issues with getting info or call backs from nearly every Dr staff I have been to. Being able to email him direct is a plus. I also feel he actually thinks about trying to save you money when he can on tests prescriptions etc. which is a unusual trait in a Dr. from my experiences.
He's been my Dr for 6yrs. He cares and truly has best bedside manner ever. His office stays as composed as possible w anyone being horrible patients. And if they don't stop being rude, he asks they not return so the rest of us and his staff don't have 2 deal w the crazies! He goes above and beyond like an old school dr use too but w a modern edge.
His staff is very rude!! I took off work to to see him for the first time and after waiting about 45 minutes and the receptionist finally came out and was talking very loud in front of everyone saying Dr. Malek couldn't see me because their computer showed I had another insurance also.I was so embarrassed!!! I had to call my other insurance company,a 3rd party representative, etc and they all said they didn't understand because it had been terminated on their end. So then I called the office back and they said Dr Malek has decided not to see me because I hung up on one of the girls in the office!!! Not compassionate at all!!! BEWARE
Dr. Malak is an amazing Dr. He listens to your needs, truly cares to about his patients, and gets you in whenever you need to be seen. He works his insurances that he excepts around his patients as well. I recommend him to so many people bc he has been a life saver to me. His staff is friendly and helpful as well. Highly recommended!
