The staff was very helpful and positive throughout our journey. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and to support us in our decision-making processes.
Great until you need to talk to someone. They are horrible about returning phone calls to patients. They hardly ever answer the phone. The only way I can speak to someone is by just showing up in the office. Dr Gentry is really good though. The staff has a little improvment to be doing.
Haven't met the doctor, and I won't be doing so. First time I called them to set up the initial appointment, went to answering service during lunch hours and they are a disgrace. I see the other comments about poor staff and communication, and I buy every bit of it. This doctor has no grip on his business, I have no doubt. Got hung up on twice on the first two call attempts that went to the answering service, because they will answer, say hello and hang up if you don't stop them by literally yelling as soon as they pick up (I got the hang of it after the third try, no pun intended.) When I finally got one of them to do their job and actually stay on the phone, the person whose name is Alex interrupted me several times. I first told this person that I was trying to set up an appointment and they followed up by saying "this is the answering service" once again. I had to pry into them just to find out when they are back in the office. They made me feel as though I was dumb for telling an answering service that I was calling to set up an appointment, and that by simply responding to my questions by saying "this is the answering service" was the best way to address that. It's obvious that group of jokers are just sitting around all day doing anything but working for their paycheck, and that is unacceptable. Sorry Dr. Gentry, but I can see you will be a struggle to communicate with. Oh by the way, after giving them my name and number and being told I will be called back at 1:30 after lunch, never received the call. I have wasted enough of my time writing this review.
