3 yrs ago I bought my Buick Regal and Enrique Lopez was my salesman and he was amazing!!! This past week, I sent my daughter she was going to buy a preowned Buick Regal from Dave Jones. He didn't return her calls. She finally made an offer via text and never heard back from him. She ended up going to another dealership, bought a 2015 Lincoln MKZ and spent a lot more money which could've been a sale for Romain if the salesman treated his customers better and knew how to do his job.
