I've been in customer service for 10+yrs. It's something I look for everywhere I go. Seeing how George Walker and the GM Dan Francis interact with the guest, you forget you're at an actual dealership. Yeah I'm sure they face obstacles, however they approach it with grace and the integrity of making it right the first time everytime. I would recommend these guys everytime!!
