The service reception person would not document am intermittent urn signal problem on our 2017 Flex after we demonstrated the problem. We had already spent over 3 hours there getting another problem fixed and said the technician could not duplicate the intermittent issue. We went out and demonstrated the problem yet still would not document the problem so we would no have the same problem on a return visit. He also argued with me about how the turn signals work on this car.
9/15/17 Went in for a warranty reason and Brent got me in quickly since I was going out of town. My issue was diagnosed and repaired same day which is very helpful when you live 50 miles from dealership. Thanks to Luis for his quick repair as well.

I have not purchased a car here as of yet and will update my review if I do. I drove more than two hours to this dealership because of the great selection. "Uncle Dave" spent several hours with us as we test drove possible cars. He was very patient with us and was attentive to my wife and children, even though he knew we may not buy for another year.
