Not very good. New trailers had spills and stains. Broken cupboards stained sinks and counter tops.
They have a good selection for you to choose from.
Sales person ignored most customers.
If you go to Owenboro please make sure and keep Oman eye on everything they do during the finance process. If for repairs so them every single thing, take pictures for them, write it down....then do it all again!!
We was having some repairs made to our camper at the same time. Why I called to see the status on it. He said well we kinda put it on the back burner cause I though you was trading it in. He knew before we left the app was denied. But he said he will get right on it. The next 2 times I called he said they was waiting on blinds. I called again and said if that's all your waiting on we will come get it we have an event we have to have it for ( which was told 3 weeks ago when we took it) and bring it back. When we for their nothing had been done to it at all! Nothing from out list had been repaired but the switch was turned on for the hot water. NOTHING!!!! So we took it with no choice!!! He was supposed to call when the very important blinds came in. I called today asking about it and if they was going to repair all the issues as we've only had it 1 year and a month the warranty ended last month,,,, while they had it, while talking to him he said well we didn't go though it and you show my all the issues. Well no but they wrote it down!!!!!!!! We know have an appointment next Thursday to take it back and show him the issues instead of writing them down. They had it for a month and only turned a switch. I'm worried to see how long this may take. It's still summer and places we need it for! Please say a prayer that it gets fixed in a timely manner. If not my next call is to the BBB & driving to Forest River where they are made and ask for help!!!!!
We had a good visit looking at their trailers. The biggest thing I had a problem with was no prices on the trailer's.
We bring our 5th wheel nearly 100 miles here just so that it gets the reliable, excellent service we appreciate. Everyone here is courteous and helpful and going the extra mile is not unheard of. We highly recommend Basden’s American RV to any RVer whose RV needs maintenance or repair.
This place is unorganized & not professional! They care noting about buyers. My husband & I applied for financing and they only ran it in my husbands name after we filled out the joint account. He was denied and we didn't know about not adding me until we got a letter from the bank! Our family member applied for the loan, they never called so I called to make sure they got the applaction. They called him 3 hours later and told him he was approved and they pulled the 5th wheel, put a sold sign on it and getting it ready to pick up. We went and spent $1500 on the truck parts to pull the 5th wheel (non refundable). After 4 days we heard nothing, again, so we called and they said no you wasn't approved! I don't know who told you this but you was denied even with perfect credit but the bank said no cause you haven't had a payment history for a couple of years! So we asked him, on a phone call, if they could do a joint account with my husband & him? They said yes that should not be any problem with getting them approved together! We said great let's try it! after hearing nothing, again....see the pattern., I called and asked about it. I said " Hi I was wondering about the loan app for my husband & father" finance man said "what's the name". I replied David & Bryant ( I gave ones 1st name & the others last). Without putting me on hold or saying let me see--- (it's been 5 days) he replied " no they was denied". I just find it odd that with as many people they see daily he knew off the top of his head. We never received any thing from a bank explaining why they was denied. I honesty think they did nothing!
Parts department was helpful but prices are a little steep. They should be open on holiday weekends just for people who break something or run out of stuff. At least one or two days. They were closed on Saturday of Memorial Weekend. Oh well...if not for these two things would have given at least a 4
