Had my car in for service. They had a shuttle driver there waiting for me to take me to work at 7:30, as promised. The shuttle driver called me to let me know he would be a couple minutes late picking me up at 12:00, which was appreciated, so I could adjust my lunch. Great experience, as usual!
However my daughter bought a certified 2014 Ford Focus from the used car area and it is now back in for service for the second time for transmission problems--wondering if anyone really checked it the last time it was in since it is the same problem. I do not want her stranded on the side of the road at night.
I feel as if I was not treated very fairly. My bill was over $1600 and I was looking to trade in my vehicle. I was only offered $3000 for my trade. After complaining, I was offered $900 more. (Just for clarification I was trading in a 2007 4Runner with 212,000 miles.) I told service manager and the salesman that I am going to buy vehicle by the end of the year. I went to another dealership, where they took extremely great care of me and I will be picking up my new 2018 RAV4 this coming Tuesday. This business should’ve been given to you if I was treated properly, instead of being laughed at (which I was)0
