Went in a few weeks ago for some parts for a xmas gift. Highly recommend to RESEARCH AVERAGE PRICES before you buy. I was in shock to see some of the Price range to an extent where they should feel shameful of intent to sell Also, an employee (assuming a manager or owner) was rude and spasing out on employees which is an embarrassment and I was in complete disgust especially considering nobody even acknowledged my existence until later on.
I'm not from the area, but was shopping for a 6 seater. Was up front with the sales guy, Travis, so he knew a sale was unlikely. Still treated us extremely well, like I'm sure he does everyone. Was super knowledgeable. Wish we were local. Would have bought from them.
I've bought 3 dirt bikes for my kids in the past year here. Very trustworthy and service dept has taken great care of me when I need help.
In management myself and understand things can get overwhelming and intense, just beyond surprised with my experience and all around it was disappointing.
Salemen showed basic disinterest in my questions and prices were higher then other shops most noticeable when compared to the newburgh ATV dealer. I asked to talk to the manager and was tild he was just too busy for someone that had not bought anything yet. One does have to remember when they notice the higher prices, they do have a flashy building to pay for :)
Great shop, I was shopping for a H2 from Texas and found one here. Contacted them, spoke with Alex White who was a straight shooter. he gave me a killer no BS price and sent it over on a Buyers Order. Nuff said, 5 Stars.
