I had ordered an item online to be picked up in the store. I drove an hour to this store in the mall that should have opened at 10 and no one showed up until 35 minutes later. I paid $35 for a cheap quality bracelet that had I seen in store I never would've purchased. It seems to me the quality in this store has dropped greatly
This store is wonderful. Everyone who works here is friendly and the products are always high quality. When I picked up a custom order, the cashier made it clear that if I had even the slightest issue I could always return or exchange it. It was absolutely perfect though, and had held up marvelously.
