Literally had just gotten the cards and earned the points in the last 30 days before 8/14/17 and they was told CAN use them on clothes. Then NO can’t so gave my full card and almost full card to another customer and bought my wife ONE shirt. Not going back.
Bad business choice? Yes

Ok so its easy, if you love Harleys you will love Bud's. I bought my 2016 1200 custom sportster here. They were very helpful including free delivery because it was raining. If you visit the store very often they are fast to learn your name and ask how you are. They always have time to help. The service department is top notch. They even installed a part for me for free that should have been charged at least a 15 minute time. They are always there to help in person or on the phone. They have a great inventory and they are good about helping you size and pick items. They also do not hassle you if you have a return. If one orders a part for a bike and it does not fit, they are fast to fix the problem and not charge you extra.

Spent serious money when we first bought our Harley and got their club card points. Just when they decided to change the program from allowing the credit earned throughput the store to ONLY in parts and service. Went in with a couple hundred dollars to spend AGAIN on my wife’s birthday and redeem our $50 bucks and NOPE policy changed.
