According to Gabrielle, your jewlery here is nickel free. It's not titanium, which has NO traces of nickel in it. The jewlery Spencer's sells is surgical steel, which contains 8-12% of nickel in it. So the jewellery you sell is NOT nickel free.
Went there today! Most horrible experience with a staff member named Baker who was not at all friendly and definitely should not be working in customer service. He asked if I wanted a box for my gift so I said sure. He never mentioned the box cost $.99. I don’t care to pay for the box but I would like to be informed. The two girls at the door weren’t very friendly either.
