I had a home built with materials from Kight 9 years ago, This winter in the extreme cold two thermal window glasses shattered. They were not actually still under warranty and Kight no longer handled that product line, BUT not only did they warrant the glass (which they didn't have to), they also sent a technician to my house in the country to place the glass in the sashes, free of charge . That job took about 1.5 hours, and there was no charge. Kight understands Customer Service!
