Very rude and poor costumer service dont shop here
Champs is the best shoe store in Eastland Mall. Have a great selection of shoes and the workers are great and know their stuff about the shoes
I went to buy a par of shoes today at the champs store in Eastland Mall.I waited for 25 minutes for help. 1 girl was putting up shirts and never looked in my direction. Another employee (Employee1 we shall call him) was helping a black guy and his white girlfriend. When they finally got done chit chatting about whatever he went to the back while the customers checked out. Another employee was helping a hispanic family. Another employee would pop in and out from the back. The girl at the counter looked at me a few times. Employee1 came out of the back and looked in my direction, said to the other employee"Oh, he is still there & retreated back where he came from. This was the final straw. I left the store. I walked a short ways and turned around to go back and give them a piece of my mind and noticed employee 1 dropping the gate to close the store. I am sorry I am not black or brown, but that is $180 they wont get from me and I am contacting Champs and will NEVER go back!!!!
This management is rude and the customer service is awful. Shop anywhere besides here.
I purchased a pair of Nike shox for $100 from Champs Sports at Eastland mall in Evansville, Indiana. They did not have my size in stock so they offered to order them and have them sent to my house. I received them within 5 days. The following work day I wore them to my job and within hours I noticed that the treads where not sewn properly. So I took them off and put them back in the box. Today I took them back with the legit receipt and was honest with the clerk about my issue. That I was not satisfied with the quality of the shoe. I wanted her to refund my purchase so I could research further on better quality shoe. She simply told me that since they had been "worn" I could either order another of the same or find something else in the store or receive a gift card. Because she couldn't sell a "worn" shoe. I hardly consider 4 hours worn myself. And besides.. they were defective and couldn't had been resold anyway. I do not find this to be good customer service. I was also not informed of the $3.00 that I was charged to either order or ship, and I didn't receive that back on my gift card.
