1st time everything delicious
Very unfriendly staff 4 times I've been there. Never had a wait less than 20 min
They were having a bad day. Short on help today. Food good, just longer wait than normal. Will be back when I get the urge to have some fish and shrimp
The food was okay. It was given to me quickly and was hot and seemed fresh. My displeasure stems from the ordering process. The assistant manager took my order and really lacked friendliness. She rang it in without saying anything except someone would get my food for me and then immediately went back to her conversation with what I assume was her friend, as they were having an unprofessional conversation about not getting tickets from the police/someone for something. It seemed as though having to break away from her conversation to take my order was a big inconvenience. The employee that gave me my food was very friendly, though.
The fries were cold and over done. The fish and chicken was ok.
