These folks are great! I feel like they're still getting their legs under them in speed of service, but it is definitely improving! The folks are nice and the food is OUTSTANDING!
Once service is a bit speedier, I'd be happy to revise up to 5 stars from 4. Normally slow service would drive this score lower from me, but the people are so great and the food so amazing that it makes up for it! Check it out!
This place has amazing food and extremely friendly and accommodating staff. The interior is a bit odd, but then again, I've never been to Korea. It's like a Korean boy band fan club karaoke bar/nightclub/sports dive. I'm still confused. But the delicious food and awesome staff trump the odd interior decor without a doubt.
Food was delicious!! The only reason for 4 stars was the service was lacking a bit. Food made up for it though. The Korean pancakes and chicken wings were yummy and the sushi was some of the best I’ve had! Will definitely be back to try more of the menu.
The service was terrible by any standard, especially when you consider there were not many other customers. We were seated and it took 10 minutes get someone to take a drink order and let's not talk about how long it took to receive two glasses of water. Of course the other table seated after us for some reason received better and speedier service despite being just three feet from us.
The food was only OK but the poor service is more than enough reason to avoid this establishment. The decor is very different for our area, but put together lackadaisically. Chances are I will never return; I would maybe consider it in a year or but I don't expect it will still be open at that time.
I went to lunch with my friends. The service was very bad, but I honestly do not blame the server. She seemed new and very overwhelmed. She was the only server on the floor and with, what seemed like, very little experience, she should have had help. My water came out late. My food, sushi, came out incredibly late, at the same time my group of friends was asking for their check. There was no offer of comping my check, which would have saved the experience for me as I know every restaurant has days where things are not going as planned, even discounting it. They did give the table some free desserts partially to mitigate the bad experience and partially for my friend's birthday, but as that did not address my issues I am still very unhappy with the experience.
The real icing on the cake was that food presented to us was not as we ordered it and one dish wasn't even delivered.
