Had to wait in line more than 10 min. and there was only one person in front of me. Burger was good.

I've enjoyed the food I've had there, the chicken tenders are more like strips but tasty nonetheless. The only complaint I think I'd have is that sometimes the wait at the drive thru after you've ordered your food can be a bit long. They've never gotten my order wrong, however, and the staff are friendly. It seems like it's managed really well.
The food was delicious. The price is a little high. But the quality of the items makes it a good value. The frozen custard is very good.
1st time going through the drive-through: 1st time the burgers were NOT the way they were ordered. Very simple order: “two butter burgers, all the way, no ketchup or mayo” - “sir, would you like cheese on that?” “NO”. Simple. Get home, have two burger with two little slivers of onion, ONE pickle slice. That’s all. 2nd time through: same order’ this time with fries. Repeated back to me. Get home, same result, only this time, the burger patty is shriveled up, dry, and the toasted bun soggy as hell. French fries were cold.
This ain’t baseball and you don’t get 3 strikes with me. This manager might want to wake up and do some QC, or maybe this is typical for Culver’s?
