I was looking for the best deal I could get on a mattress, saw their ads and went in. I did not expect to find such great service and deals! Missy was very helpful and so was the store manager. They made sure that I got what I was looking for and even threw in some added bonuses. I would definitely go back there due to how easy they made it.
After shopping for a new bed for what seemed for ever a trip in to Mattress Firm was the end of our shopping. We were greeted by Missy and after looking around we found the perfect mattress. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. We ended up choosing a mattress that was on sale and saved almost 2500 off the original price. ...the only reason to shop here is for the price...the salesman is discourteous and dishonest...told us he did not sell mattress for the price we had already seen on the internet, when he actually did...told us one of our items would arrive in on Thursday, actually showed up on Friday....after learning we wanted cheap bedding we were treated substandard...like the mattress and box spring, but not the salesperson..
