Exceeded my expectations! Will definitely come here again over the choices further North that are in this price range. Room was clean, quiet area, and staff at front desk were friendly and informative and the housekeeper was helpful as could be.
Overall I enjoyed my stay. Staff were nice. I even parked my tractor next to the pool.
Just to start with if you have allergies this is not the hotel to go to. Something in the office set off my allergies right off the bat. After we got to our room we had to call the office to see about moving to another room since it sounded like a whole circus was above us practicing. The counter worker seemed very unhappy with the fact of having two switches to another room. The first room look like it was no renewed and everything the second room they should have had closed off until they had renovated it. My husband got up to go to breakfast the next morning hurting I woke up hurting we both slept in a hole in the mattress it was like an uncomfortable nest. He was just in a hurry to go get something to eat he said that the orange juice was frozen the coffee was frozen and he wasn't going any further from that cuz he said nothing there looked edible. So I'm there at checkout and for us to get back our deposit we had to wait for her to walk across the parking lot to the room and look at it to give us back our deposit now this is in the office that it smelled of something that I could not stay in and breathe. If you needed to stay somewhere this would be the place to stay if you had no other choice after they renovate maybe but if you get a room those nut renovated do not expect to get a good night's rest . As stars go you have to give the star to do anything if we probably would have stayed in the first room it could have maybe had a little bit better of a review but we got moved to the ghetto side of the hotels so this is the review that got best of luck to anyone else staying here.
Rooms are big and spacious.. We didn't have towels in our bathroom , the tub and floor was dirty. There was a small bottle of lotion on the sink, soap left in the shower... Could use some work in the bathroom.... And the pool is messed up.... Stairs need fixing.... And I killed a roach in the bathroom..... The bed is hard as a rock but I slept pretty good.... Like the way the rooms are laid out just could use a little work on them
The room was spacious, comfortable. Memory foam bed. Nice fluffy pillows. Satellite. WiFi. Free breakfast. 24 hour coffee in the lobby.
Hotel is newly remodeled & outstanding! The room was very clean & came with all amenities. The bed was new & very comfortable & the continental breakfast was great with a big variety! The hotel employees are kind & courteous especially the manager John went above and beyond to make sure me & my family's stay was 100% satisfactory.. Will definitely be back!
Now here's the bad, carpets were stained and the continental breakfast area could use a face lift. That's my only complaint, hardly disappointed.
