Denver mattress helped me find exactly the right mattress. When they delivered it, the support box that goes under the mattress could not make it up my narrow steps. The delivery guys ordered the new split support while they were still at my house. That was a Saturday. On Monday I had my full bed. Really great service.

Was recently in here for a warranty claim for our mattress which was purchased in 2009...spoke with Austin (highly recommended) he got us situated with no questions asked ...no gimmicks with the warranty and replaced our defective mattress with a brand new mattress...Really appreciate people keeping their word especially in these days!

Shane was excellent to work with on our bed and mattress search. Purchased both because of warranty on the mattress and adjustable bed and the price was good also. Liked the fact that we could sleep on the mattress for 2 months and if we were not happy we could exchange it for another one.

I had problems with a mattress I bought from Denver Mattress. The mattress had a 10 year warranty. I had the mattress for 5 years and it had indentations and was no longer comfortable. I contacted the store where I bought the mattress. The gentleman who helped me was Dan Balentine. He was very pleasant and very helpful. I was given a new mattress. I was concerned about having a hassle but, every thing went very well. I would recommend Denver Mattress to my friends. I would shop there again.
