I ordered my first item from this company, a bamboo mattress pad, and received it in two business days. I didn't even pay for shipping and it came that fast! I'm a senior fraud agent in my companies customer service department and I strive to give exceptional service, but wow on this company! The outside of my box was hand signed with a thank you from the gentleman who did the final packing. Inside was a thank you from the woman who got it ready, along with the business card of a customer service manager. I mean who does that, it was amazing! I felt like I mattered as a customer and a human being so much, that I want to work for them lol! The two things that prompted me to make my first purchase, Veteran owned company and made in the good ol' USA product, win win! My husband have been extremely pleased with the products, matress and pillow, we have purchased from eLuxury. We purchased online but the people we have talked with on the phone concerning our orders have been great. We are especially pleased that it is a veteran owned company. The only reason I did not give a 5 star rating is because we wanted to order more products but they were out of what we needed and it is taking a while to get them. Great company.
