Been asking everyone since we moved in. That our refrigerator freezes our eggs,milk etc. But THE MANAGER TOMMY SAID THAT SINCE IT'S COOLING SHE'S NOT REPLACE IT RIGHT NOW. THAT'S BEEN SINCE 2011. STILL ASK HER BUT GET THE SAME ANSWER. CAN'T KEEP COLD FOOD IN IT. THE MAINTENANCE NEVER FIX NOTHING. EVEN IF YOU CALL THEM. THEY JUST DON'T SHOW UP, CALL . THE OFFICE ALWAYS SAY THERE WASN'T A WORK ORDER DONE BUT SEEN THEM WRITE ONE OUT.

The Arbor's Of Evansville don't fix nothing. The outside lights has worked since 2011. I've been waiting since last week to get our toilet fixed. It wobbles and touches the sink. The older man that came to fix it. He made it worse. Went all weekend with the toilet wobbling. Been attacked by neighbors dog, been attacked my people while going to our car at night.
