I find that most of the " Handicap Parking Spot's" are too far away to really help. Yes there are 2 or 3 close spots right at the ramp. But otherwise you will be walking 100+ yards to get to the incline ramp, then battle to go up! Or if you have to come from the "Back40" you'll be walking 1/4-1/2 mile! City/County should have acquired some parking spots from the parking lot or the ETFCU building. I have been told there are wheelchair's available. But have never seen any.
But can be very difficult for the "Elderly & people with disabilities". No hand rails in corridor's to use anywhere except on 2nd floor around the stairs by the courtrooms(East side of complex).
Let's face it. If you're going to the Civic Center you're either paying a bill, or taking care of some legal issue. Neither has been very fun for me but the people there are kind and courteous. Officer Troy is one of many. Just yesterday my water turned off due to a mistake in their system. 10pm that night someone had knocked at my door and it was the guy from the water company. He had reconnected my service. I did not expect them to keep their word but they did.
Very easy to navigate/understand the layout of the building.
Doesn't even tell me the hours they're open online. Tried calling and got put on hold for almost an hour.
8am until 4pm
