Deaconess Urgent Care North Park is terrible. I recommend avoiding it at all costs. Save yourself time, money, and pain and go elsewhere. I went with a family member and it was the single worst experience I've ever had at an Urgent Care facility. The patient ended up in the hospital and the hospital told us that the Urgent Care did not follow first line defense protocol for the infection. Moreover, they did not supply proper pain management medication. Didn't give the right antibiotic for a serious infection & didn't follow the protocol for pain management that's standard for that ailment. None of my friends or family will ever go back.

Just got done getting a drug screen and, physical at this location. Has I was waiting to leave, the older receptionist decided to share her thoughts about me. She said very disrespectful things and was extremely unprofessional. I couldn’t believe she would say these things! Cause she barely knew how to do her job!... I guess you can’t expect much from an old girl that’s only made it to being a receptionist. If she worked for me and said that about my customer. I would have fired her on the spot.
I definitely will return to this facility if I need the type of care they offer again.
The most efficient urgent care I've ever been to they worked like clockwork from registration to check out everybody was professional courteous and I was absolutely amazed. Got diagnosed,prescription in a timely manner!!!!!!
Every person I encountered, from receptionist to nurse to doctor to check out, was very polite and friendly. I felt like they were genuinely nice people who truly wanted to help others.
The wait was a bit longer BUT once I spent my time being seen I completely understood why. They were very complete in the exam, exploring options and explaining treatment. I felt comfort when I left my concern was addressed and my treatment was appropriate.
The nurse was very compassionate & kept apologizing.
Worst Urgent Care I ever went to. I had an appointment & waited almost 90 minutes. Waited even longer after I was called back. The doctor didn’t seem to be able to speak English. He couldn’t work the computer. The other doctor was doing the computer work for both. The doctor keep telling me I wasn’t even sick. However, he prescribed 2 meds for me. Both were on the list of meds I already use. The list was provided to him. One was a prescription nasal spray & one was saline nasal spray.
