We wish we would have shopped elsewhere for this purchase as we did with other items... :( We will never shop at Grant's Furniture ever again!
I got my latex bed from Grant's. The service was excellent. The bed is great. After years of back trouble from my old bed my new bed sleeps wonderfully. Might I add, also, that I returned 4 months later to buy some latex pillows to match. I can safely say that as well as I was treated as a first time customer, being a repeat customer didn't go unnoticed.
We thought we had found the best deal in town. But, the 100 dollars we saved on our chair/couch/ottaman was not worth the hassle with the salespeople. They did not seem professional at all when dealing with a problem. I myself sold furniture for awhile and was taught a happy person would tell atleast one friend, but an unhappy person would tell 10(so you can me one of my 10). It has taken 9+ weeks for a chair and ottaman to get here (still waiting: 3/26/09) and they could not even call me back with information regarding an arrival date. They have not called us once to tell us any progress. While it may not be their fault with manufacturer issues, they are the middle man and should act respectfully and help us, the customer. I was rudely spoken to and hung up on by a salesperson. I can tell you that you may save money, but spend the little extra money someplace that will care about you and your purchase instead of making a quick buck!
