I went to Overstock Wearhouse looking for my first piece of furniture that wasn’t a hand-me-down. They had tons of options to try. I found a recliner I loved at a great price, but I wanted to make sure that was the one. I shopped around at 5 other stores in Evansville and no other stores had the inventory, quality, price, or customer service I received at Evansville Overstock. Miles did an excellent job of giving me the information I needed without being pushy- Very genuine staff. With the money I saved shopping here, I was able to afford a cute side table to go with my recliner. On the model of chair I chose, it would take 6-8 weeks to receive which I was pretty bummed about. I ordered the recliner on November 6th and received a text notification that it was ready for pickup November 30th! Again, the staff was the most friendly group of people. I will be back in the future and I will also be telling all my friends about my experience!!
Fantastic quality merchandise and super bargains. The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly with Great customer service. We made a 3 piece living room purchase and they worked very well with us, to where we are planning to go back and purchase some dining room items this week and we live 2 hours away. Great selection! Excellent customer service! I liked that they didn’t pressure me to buy and I could shop without being bugged. The staff was courteous and helpful offering different color options & style selections other than what was on the floor. Good deals!!!
Good selection and good prices, but delivery is a total mess. Wait for a couple of weeks for delivery. Sectional doesn't show up, bed foot board is damaged, and bed slats are forgotten. A week and half after the supposed delivery date I still have no sectional and a damaged foot board. They can't tell me when my paid for order will arrive. Very poor first (and probably) last impression.
Returned the week after picking up Living room furniture and purchased an additional Dining Room and Bedroom Set. Sean worked with us on our choices and went above and beyond to help, we couldn't be more happy and excited now to pick up the other furniture. This place is busy, and it is great to have young gentlemen understand and give true and excellent Customer Service. Thank you all again...
Very happy with the help I received while looking around for some nightstands. Sales people are not pushy at all, but very happy to help you when needed. I ended up purchasing a chest, dresser, and two nightstands as a set. Very happy with the quality of the furniture for the price.
