My husband and I went in to the store originally to look at sectionals and bunk beds. JT was our sales guy, and he was the best! Every question we had he answered, and was super helpful. We ended up leaving with both in layaway. The prices were GREAT and the quality was just as fantastic. The sectional we ordered wasn't in stock at the time, and took a little longer than expected to arrive, but every single time I called, which was a ton, they were extremely nice, and very helpful. They let us know when there was an issue, and never got an attitude. We went back and paid for our original pieces and ended up leaving with 2 extra things we needed. Again, GREAT quality items, and Patrick, was super nice, and extremely helpful. We will never go anywhere else when we need furniture. I would highly recommend this place for anyone needing any type of furniture!
After a $158 purchase, we were told that we could return, when we tried to return, we couldn't. It seems as though they told us anything to make a sale. Obligated, we exchanged and spent an additional $160 on obviously more expensive items. When we returned home and opened the box, all three tables had scratches and scuffs. Will never buy from here again.

First of all JT doesn't need to be a manager ! His assistant manager, she knew more of what was going on with the store than he did. She was more than willing to work with us. We needed a full size mattress and box springs. They couldn't find the box springs and JT just acted like he didn't care if we weren't happy. The warehouse manager finally found a box spring but when we finally got home with it and my 8 yr went to lay down it broke!!! That is pretty crappy!!!! We won't be back!! First time there and our last!! Buyers beware!!!
