I called here to place an order and was very disappointed that I was unable as a business to place an exempt order even after offering to fax my tax exempt number without waiting for up to two weeks for tax clearance not to mention calling their headquarters to do so. Also knowing the delivery location for my order was right across the street from the flower shop itself. Being a florist myself I am having a hard time believing a $15.00 delivery charge to deliver across the street is unbelievable.
