Shopping for a few things but needed a lot of each. Sam's had a good selection. Also I was impressed with the facilities overall cleanliness. The staff are really nice.

I ordered a laptop on November 11th only to get an email on November 19th that stated they oversold the laptop and they did not know if they would get anymore. I called and talked with a supervisor named TJ, followed up and asked that I could trade out the laptop with another of similar price. I was told yes and to call back with a particular reference number and they would get it switched out. When I called back and talked with Diana, with the model of the laptop I was told somebody has to approve this in another department. I asked if I could contact that department, I was told to call back on Monday and they would let me know. I called back today and was told it would be at least Wednesday so I asked if I could contact that department and she said that they did not have phones. I then explained that I was disappointed getting the run around and that I was going to cancel my membership. She said ok. I am glad I don't work for a company that has so many customers that they couldn't care less if they lose some. I was helped by someone who gave me the option to of three different laptops. I then called today to find out a status of the order and they told me they have no record of this.
I always like shopping at Sam's. They are enlargimy the store on Burkhardtt Road & it is a little confusing because they are rearranging the products. But, by asking an employee, you can go right to your needs. They are very helpful. It will be quite a big store when it's finished.
It would have gotten 5 stars and I have given in the past But they decided to CHANGE EVERYTHING AROUND!!!!!! So that whole on our journey we might see something else we want,, well Didn't happen!! In fact we couldn't find much of anything cause of the change. We spend normally over $300.00 plus when we go we got by this time less then a hundred. I guess it was good for us, But not for sams. Don't plan on going back
