I ordered an arrangement for my son on his birthday I asked for it to be delivered as early as possible and was told they would put a note on it to be delivered first. At 1 pm it finally got delivered and he was given the wrong order!! Luckily the delivery person was still in his driveway and he told her he was not the person on the card! FINALLY he got his delivery!!! I live in a different state so I rely on my phone orders to be correct ! I would say this might just be a one time thing but I remember that I sent him one last year and the same thing happened!! Very disappointing!!
I went on line to order an arrangement for my sister and brother in-law. What I order was one thing what they got was something else. A smaller arrangement with sparse amount of fruit when I ordered the medium which clearly showed a full arrangement and you don't see the kale underneath. But that is all you can see with this one is kale everywhere and barely any fruit

Had a very pleasant conversation over the phone and they were extremely helpful. Ill update after delivery but I have had a much different experience than I am seeing in these reviews.
I went in the store to get a arrangement delivered to my sister in California for Thursday 7/27. I went and placed the order on that Tuesday. Thursday my sister did not receive the order. On Friday I called and talked to the lady (Victoria) who took my order come to find out it didn't get delivered bc she forgot to put the apartment number and she entered in the wrong number for me. Instead of her fixing the problem she tells me. I need to call the store that was doing the delivery and give them the apartment number. I thought that was rude and very unprofessional being that she was the one that caused the mix up.
