On my recent visit to the Evansville Sears @ Washington Square, I was waited on by sales associate, JOHN, in appliances and he was so terrific, so helpful, and guided me through my purchases with the greatest attitude. It was a wonderful experience and I will most definitely return.
Negative stars! I will never shop here again! I had my special needs daughter and son with me to exchange 2 pair of jeans I had bought on line. I was sent up stairs 3 times the lady did not exchange the pants but returned them so I lost all my points! I wound up leaving with nothing I had the lady call a manager (she did not want to do) big wast of my time. Worst experience I have ever had!
There was hardly anyone to help on the floor. And then there was only one cashier, so there was long lines at each one. Nobody showed up at one of the register. People waited for over a half hour before they went downstairs. But over all the prices and clearance was great. I had free money to use. So I didn't have to put a dress back. Thanks!
I really like the atmosphere here. It isn't as congested as some department stores and I feel like I can relax while I look.
Sears gets my five star rating because of its vast clothing department and its dedicated staff. This Sears is hugh and very clean. Everything is well organized with everything in its place.
