I'm so sick of this stores bait and switch scam. They run commercial for sale items and when you go to the store they don't have it in Stock and they try to up sale you other items. This has happened to me 3 times at the evansville store. I won't even bother going back. I even went to the store on the first day of the sale at opening.
I love it even though it can be an expensive store when they have a sale the prices goes way down

I went to Macy's at Eastland mall to look at sunglasses not intending to buy. My salesperson, named Faviola, was amazing! She was genuinely interested in making sure I found the product that would be perfect for me. She was so caring and so nice. Great experience! I bought and love the sunglasses.
