Debbie C who works in the lingerie department does an excellent job. She has fitted me with bras. She is friendly and professional. Even if she is really busy she still makes the customer feel important. She always has a smile on her face and makes me want to come back to JC Penny!
Place always looks like a tornado hit. Clothes all over the floor and tables are a mess. I'm not digging through clothes just to try to find my size. No wonder they are struggling to stay open. I only saw one person working on the second floor at 8pm.
Corporate JC Penney has destroyed a wonderful shopping experience. The workers are nice and polite but obviously under staff. I was in suits and dress shirts for men and it looked like the aftermath of a storm. It doesn't help when patrons act like uncivilized shoppers and just throw things around. 11/28/2017. I really hope they get a handle on the situation.

Ladies wear downstairs, mens and bedding upstairs. 50% off women's coats but with a $200 sticker it wasn't worth it even with the discount. Found a better deal at Kohls. Malls are depressing, no longer busy.
