First problem I had was as another review mentioned. Went in for an oil change and tire rotation, but they said I had a nail in a place they couldn't repair - by policy but offered to sell me a $70 tire. I decided to check, went to 3 other shops on the west side and all said it was repairable. Discount tire did, since they're free.

Great service. Explained everything that was wrong in a way I could understand. The only reason I put 4/5 instead of 5/5 is because the need to POST THEIR REAL HOURS!
After arriving home with my 2 new tires, I discovered they had broken one of my hubcaps. But, since it was 2 hours later I'm sure they'll deny responsibility.
DO NOT GO HERE!
Next I went in because my new car had 2 fairly worn tires and 2 new. I requested they replace the front 2 but rotate the 2 rear to the front. Before the guy ever even saw the car he said well, if they're cupped, we won't be able to rotate them - by policy. Guess what, work gets done but the rear tires just happened to be "badly cupped" so they couldn't rotate them. But, again a quote for 2 more tires. Went over to Discount a week later- rotated for free no questions asked.
If you see my previous 4 star review, disregard it. I thought that their service was excellent at the time, but it turns out they lie about what can be done to your car. I went in with a tire that kept going flat, they said there was a nail in it, but the nail was in a place that Walmart policy would not let them patch it. They said I needed to buy a $70 tire. I went back a day later, because they were closing that day, and they said they were filled up (there was one car there out of 3 bays and 5 employees). I decided the next day to go to the Walmart on the other side of town. They told me that the other store was full of it and the nail/hole was in a place they could've fixed for $10. They would have to, if they had seen it before they had put on the new one (nail got buried deeper into the rubber).
