The guy who owns the place is very helpful and friendly. He isn't looking to screw you out of money and they do great work for a great price. I had him do all of my work on my 2011 Hayabusa
I always research, order my own tire from amazon, and have it delivered here (notify them beforehand). The dude working on the bikes (Dustin?) is pretty cool, does excellent work, and is always fast. The dude knows his stuff.
