We had a relatively new car and during one of the routine free services offered by my dealer (not D-Patrick) they found a slow leak in one tire due to a nail. The nail was apparently too close to the outside to repair and it was going to cost me $180.00.
By chance, I work fairly close to the D-Patrick on Baumgart Road and I called Forrest and told him my issue and asked if he could take a look at the tire and give me a second opinion on the tire... He said sure and even offered to have someone come to my workplace to look at it... I said, no and I just ran it to their shop. It was lousy weather out and I didn't want someone to have to look at my tire out in the wet, snowy weather...

So, took it to the shop... 20 minutes later they had put a plug in the tire, checked all my other tires and had me ready to go, and when I asked Forrest what the charge was and he totally blew my mind... When he gave me the prices, my response was, "you have got to be kidding me"??? lets just say that he saved me almost $180.00
