I went to get a quote to see about fixing a small area on my front bumper where the paint chipped off. He only stressed the $53 that I would have to pay.. I had no idea this was ONLY parts and did not include the labor costs.. I came in to pick my car up thinking that I was going to pay $53 and they told me I owed them $672.00. I about threw up. Obviously if I knew that- anyone in their right mind wouldn't want to pay this much for such a minor scratch! They didn't want to help me on the price. They knew they had got me.. I am extremely disappointed and I really hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. Make sure they tell you the BOTTOM LINE number. I could've bought paint myself and done this between $20-$40 bucks. They also detailed the inside of my car. Nice gesture but I did NOT ask for this. They are very sneaky and they got me. I will not be back. Unbelievable.
If your looking for a place to get your vehicle done this is the one. They're very polite and their work is phenomenal. The insaurance companies have no problem working through these guys as well so it'll make it easier on your or who ever hit your vehicle. I had my car fixed here after my neighbor backed into my rear door,, they fixed it right up. The estimated time to do the job was about 4-5 days and they got it done in 2. Just shows how quick and speedy the repair gets done. Which is awesome since I didn't have to pay for the extra 3 days on the rental car.
If any problem were to occur in the job they had done just bring it on back and they'll have it squared away easily. I hope this review was helpful
