Jonathan Baker was not very helpful and arrogant.
Jonathan and his team are close knit and friendly, and they have never been anything less than professional with my wife, myself, or anyone we have reffered to them.
We came from out of town to purchase a fixer upper. We asked many times what the issues of the home were and nothing serious was mentioned. After purchasing, I received documents in the mail that the home was meth contaminated and uninhabitable. The rep who showed the house admitted the next time I saw him that he knew about it. Now we have been sitting on a contaminated property paying taxes and utilities for two years trying to navigate the situation. DO NOT USE OR TRUST BAKER AUCTION REALTY!
We have dealt with Ryan, Deborah, and Jonathan since 2010. The house Ryan sold us has been more than worth the price and they have always been available to address any questions or concerns we have had.
Better off with a known realtor.
I find them to be extremely unhelpful and very unprofessional. From my experiences with this team of misfits is that they are extremely unknowledgeable and very rude, I was hung up on by the proprietor Jonathan Baker. I am very dissatisfied with the insolent nature in which they treat their clients with. Never on time for appointments or call backs it's just rude and to not have any information of value after giving the run around all day is very distasteful. Shame Shame on YOU!!!!
