I found the staff at Combs to be friendly and helpful. After telling them what I was looking for and mu budget, they guided me to the right gift and helped me to stay within my budget. Great selection of plants and gifts!
The employees here were some of the most salty group of people I've ever met. I went in there to buy a fiddle leaf fig tree. I was told on the phone it was 4 ft tall and it was actually about 2 ft in height. I was startled by this guy blowing leaves that came from nowhere blowing the leaves right at my feet literally he was 1 foot away from me. The cashier came out and asked if we found the our tree but I couldn't hear her the first time because that groundskeeper came back around interrupting our conversation. I turned back to ask the lady something else but she stormed the other way. I don't know what their problem was. Just don't go there. People that work there are dead inside they need a vacation badly.
We had what was supposed to be 2 yards of soil delivered to our house. When we got home we discovered that it was nowhere close to what it was to be. My wife called and asked about it, she was basicly told she was wrong and refused to help with the problem. Just kept saying she was wrong and went along without even acknowledging the problem. Felt like our money was stolen. Our experience with combs was terrible. Would never recommend or use again. Extremely disappointed.
My dad has worked at combs for almost 18 years i go to work with him every now and then but i love every single person there my dad loves his job and thank you so much chris for all you have done for us ❤
