Stood in line with over a hundred dollars of merchandise. Female behind the counter waited on other people and ignored me. Then rudely informed me that I wasn’t in the correct line and should not have been standing there. I was directly behind another customer at a register and there is nothing posted to indicate a”line”. Bottom line she was rude and is the store manager. Tired of rudeness and poor customer service!!! Won’t be back!!!!
Being embarrassed by unprofessional employee in front of the whole store with your family by your side is not fun. YES ! I opened two finger spinners for my daughters to view when approached by certain employee in regards of opening spinner boxes apologised and told her I will be buying both spinners . When leaving store with bought items being approached by management regarding not buying items as promised because employee told management we did not buy items we opened . I guess having recite for 2 spinners costing 20.00 each was not good enough for employee. Then having the nerve to argue it's not like that.Please next time let management deal with issue .
My wife went in today, 3/10/17 and selected 7 songs to be burned to a cd. Paid and left to go shopping. Came back 2 hours later and cd had never been burned. Somebody "forgot" to start it. Got a refund and left. Sure hope they don't make that mistake often or they'll be out of business in no time.
Stood in line for fifteen minutes while a woman was signing up someone for their reward program. Another cashier took me, got hasty with me over a sale item, rang it up handed me my card and walked off without saying anything. Rude experience.
