Definitely not going to Exotica on Washington for anything again. Got two "quartz" bangers last night and by the THIRD use and not even two seconds of heat being applied, they BOTH broke. After talking to them all they said was "we can give 20% off of another one."

Absolutely love this place. Great selection of various products, good prices, and good quality. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. My boyfriend and I are always greeted upon entry and asked several times (but not to an annoying extent!) if we are finding everything okay or need help/have questions about anything. We're always able to cut up with the staff and have a pleasurable shopping experience. Definitely recommend this store for the shy and the outgoing!
What makes you think I'm going to spend money on something that is just going to break again? I'm not one to complain about places like this, especially working in retail; but that is unacceptable. I would not recommend buying "quartz" from them.
