Flooring was ordered by my parents June 8 and was not installed until august 28, Lumber Liquidaters ordered white quarter round when quite clearly the floor was stained as well as the trim, they ordered 4 boxes too many of flooring because the man asked to take measurements quite clearly couldn't handle the job and over-ordered and when asked to take it back and give my parents a refund they said no they don't do that, my Brother handled the return and got that amount taken off the bill. When the manager was told his business would be turned in to the BBB his response was go ahead I don't care. I believe there are companies who could have handled this job without all the drama and wasting time on installation. Zero stars would have been the ideal rating.
