Schwan's food is pretty good but very expensive compared to grocery stores. However the biggest issue is that their delivery is completely unreliable and customer service is horrible. Drivers rarely show up on schedule and orders are often just rescheduled and delayed up to two weeks until the next scheduled service day. Calls to the company get you an apology but no help. They are not concerned about their customers. I finally dropped service when two of of my last three orders were not delivered as scheduled, pushed back two weeks on the delivery schedule and then appeared on my doorstep a few days later without notice. Too unreliable.
