I took my daughter there because she needed a new dentist for her 6 month check up. She has never had a cavity, and had sealants on all her back teeth. We went to Familia Dental for the first time in 10-31-17. They took her back I stayed in the waiting room. They called me back, and told me she had 7 cavities, and needed sealants on all her back teeth. insurance won't cover the sealants so they were going to charge me 205.00 to do sealants. They scheduled her an appointment for fillings. I didn't believe them so I took her for a second opinion on 11-7-17, and she has no cavities, and only needs 3 sealants fixed. If I wouldn't have got a second opinion they would have did unnecessary work on my daughter's teeth. Definitely watch them. I'm glad I got a second opinion.
Went to the dentist thinking I was just going to get an exam and get scheduled for what ever work needed to be done and I got it all done in one day . I got 2 teethe pulled and they made me feel so comfortable, because they don't put you to sleep to do so, they just used the numbing anesthesia. My teethe are now healing very well. The staff was very nice . Glad I decided to choose them .
Going to the dentist is never fun. Having said that these ladies are great! Very caring and kind. I just had a wisdom tooth out last week and today a wisdom tooth pulled and a molar along with a filling. Patient ladies lol ps love Anne
I have to admit I was a bit ambivalent at first. I didn’t really know much about their practice. Well, let me tell you. It was the absolute best dental visit I have ever had! I had a tooth that was really bothering me, she recommended root canal therapy. She even started the process immediately. She was very kind, made sure I wasn’t in any pain throughout the procedure. Today is the day after treatment and zero pain. I will definitely be back to see her!
A very family friendly atmosphere! Went in on a Saturday morning around 9am and was taken straight back. The staff made me feel comfortable and the doctor was very thorough. She explained the process in detail and didn’t judge me for not staying on top of my dental care.. I haven’t been in years and will start going on a regular basis now! Thank you Familia Dental!
